Product Advisor / Telesales
Role
We are in the business of finding people happiness and consequently somebody who is jovial, mature, results-oriented and cares deeply for our customers will be able to succeed in this role. Relationship Advisor, Outbound Telesales is responsible for making sales calls and closing sales pitches with the member.
Responsibilities
Calling out customer and making a sales pitch for paid memberships.
Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the region.
Calling up members and explaining the benefits of Shaadi.com product and services.
Making outbound calls to Shaadi.com free registered members and selling them paid memberships.
Following the defined sales process to convert inquiries into members.
Following-up with inquiries not converted
Meeting Sales and conversion Targets
Requirements
1. Minimum graduation.
2. Around 1-2 years of relevant Telesales experience desired.
3. Natural flair for interaction with customers & good convincing skills will be considered.
4. Very strong verbal communication skills and at least average writing skills.
5. Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided
