1. Quality control of the calls.
2. Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the team.
3. Managing the roster across the floor to ensure maximum manpower utilization.
4. Managing attendance and leaves of the Team.
5. Allocating Telecalling lists to advisors.
6. Continuously give inputs to the team members on their progress reports, leave records and areas of improvement.
7. Conduct daily briefings for the team members before the shift begins.
8. Responsible for re-training of advisors.
9. Maintaining various reports related to Sales and accounts.
10.Competition tracking (for processes performance, schemes)
1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. 1 year experience as Team Leader in a domestic call center.
3. Team handling experience.
4. Very strong verbal communication skills and writing skills.
