Product Advisor - Market Development

Role

Product Advisor is responsible for registering people who enquire with us and converting them into premium membership while giving them matchmaking solutions through relationship management and positive approach.

Responsibilities
Working with and supporting the Center Manager and marketing team to generate a continuous flow of enquiries

Minimum 6 months of work experience (preferably from Insurance, or Sales experience from Telecom or Financial sector)
Familiarity with the Internet and the usage of computers
High level of empathy
At least average writing skills
Service orientation and listening skills
Handling irate customers
Problem solving and objection handling abilities
Strong local culture sensitivity
Clear diction and clarity in speech

Good to have
Bachelors Degree
2 years experience developing customer-facing skills
Maturity & sensitivity to deal with all kinds of people, specially elderly people

10-7 Shift Timing.

1 Rotational week off. 

Salary Max up to 13K - 14K in hand
