Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales & Service professional who is self-driven and loves to achieve. We are in the business of finding people happiness and consequently somebody who is jovial, mature, results-oriented and cares deeply for our customers will be able to succeed in this role. The Territory Manager will be completely responsible for the profitability of the assigned region & quality of service.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide business vision and leadership for the assigned region
2. Develop a complete understanding of organization structure, customer requirements, competitor activity, market
share targets, the developing markets, sales penetration, local sales coverage, and sales revenue goals through
the successful development and implementation of sales strategies and tactical plans
3. Lead the planning and implementation of the regional sales plan working in collaboration with stakeholders to
increase market share, develop new markets and to improve gross margins by enhancing the performance
4. Is accountable for achieving bookings, revenue and gross margin objectives
5. Assist in the annual sales budgeting process to develop comprehensive region sales plans including appropriate
actions required to ensure achievement of the divisions growth targets
6. Regular reporting on sales performance including sales forecasts, bookings, backlog, revenue, budget, competitor
activity, customer needs, and regional climate
7. Responsible for Recruitment, Training & Retention

Requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree with MBA in Marketing preferred
2. Minimum 6 years of work experience with at least 2 years of managing multiple branches/franchises
3. Is an Ambassador of Shaadi.com values and culture on the field

6. Excellent communication and people relationship and management skills
7. A strong commitment to customer service
