Role

We are looking for a high-performing Customer service senior professional for VIP SHAADI who is self driven, loves to interact with customers, can easily strike a conversation with customers and is a high achiever. He should be enthusiastic for Sales & Service for Shaadis new business VIP SHAADI which is a high end luxury service for the Rich and Affluent HNIs. We are in the business of finding people happiness and consequently somebody who is jovial,mature, and result-oriented and cares deeply for our customers will be able to succeed in this role. The role is a customer interaction, team lead role for VIP SHAADI where the individual is expected to handle escalations, be extremely driven to resolve situations of irate customers, handle the entire consultant team and drive them to achieve sales & service success, through a large and distributed Telesales organization. The scope of responsibility includes:
Conflict Resolution
Service Team Delivery
Revenue generation from the entire VIP Team
Customer Account Management with a reporting VIP Team

Responsibilities

For the VIP SHAADI business the candidate will need to:
Develop the business for VIP SHAADI
Customer Account Management & Conflict Resolution as well as generation of sales for VIP
Innovate in the marketplace to win over competition
Run Sales initiatives for VIP SHAADI
Service Delivery and aim to achieve extremely high service quality scores

Requirements

Customer Service Industry , Hospitality, Sales , Business Development Executives
Minimum of 4 - 5+ years experience in the above fields
Excellent business development, sales, issue resolution and operations skills
Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams
