Role
HR business partner (HRBP) will be a highly motivated self starter and passionate HR professional who has spent at least 5-6 years in HR profession preferably from ITES/BPO/KPO/Retail industry. We are looking for somebody who challenges conventions, thinks outside the box, and is not afraid to voice his opinion for betterment of business. The person will be responsible for effective Employee Engagement, OD interventions and business growth programs for Telesales division of Shaadi.com

HRBP will work closely with BU head and senior management team to identify the current and future needs of the business and design HR & OD strategies, plans, and interventions to ensure the department is equipped to achieve them.

Responsibilities
1. Act as a catalyst for change and innovation driving cultural change to transform service delivery and improve organisational effectiveness, and embed corporate values; facilitate organisational/cultural change by engaging people in the identification / understanding of the need for change.
2. To ensure that People Group corporate culture, policies and processes are implemented in Business Unit.
3. To raise performance in BU by contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
4. Drive and facilitate an effective performance management regime in the BU creating and maintaining a high performance culture to improve organisational capability and the caliber of individuals.
5. Work with the senior management team to identify opportunities for productivity improvements, via review of organisational structures, streamlining of business processes, continuous improvement, and performance management.
6. Provide advice and guidance to Line Managers on the implementation and interpretation of HR policies and statutory procedures.
7. Assess the need for talent in relation to the current and future business, including the need for specific competencies, knowledge and skills and experience.
8. Monitor and review workforce data to spot staffing risks and issues as well as opportunities for future improvement.

1. Strong networking online/offline to leverage best practices
2. Innovative & out of the box thinker to source in a cost effective manner
3. Ability to understand the sense of urgency, handle pressure & deliver within defined timeline
4. Good at handling multiple HR initiatives & prioritizing the work accordingly
5. Experience of handling remote locations
6. Excellent negotiation/convincing skills
7. Excellent communication skills.
